Child Care for other Ministries

Occasionally we need child care for Small groups or Events. This position does require a child ministry background check. 

Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Ministry

Items and donations are collected year round for this Samaritan's Purse Ministry. We wrap it up with a box filling party each November. Our 2024 goal is 250 boxes.  To help  with this goal there will be some Fundraising including a Krispy Kreme Donut drive. 

Monthly Pop-up Market in Syracuse
Coordinated by Cindy Chapman

The first Saturday of each month a team of volunteers go to help with a Free Pop-up Market. This is a great time to connect with a volunteer community and our friends on the Syracuse north side. We just take a little time to share some everyday things they may need like seasonal clothing, and health and wellness products. It's also a great time to share some coffee and conversation. Season appropriate donations are also accepted. 

Thanksgiving Baskets

Each Thanksgiving we adopt a handful of families in Baldwinsville and  help gather items for a full Thanksgiving Dinner.
